We started dance lessons this week and are learning a fantastic routine. Everyone picked up the moves very quickly!
Junior infants were practising their cutting skills and fine motor skills.
In drama we used puppets to tell a story - this was great fun!
In maths we were sorting data , seniors found things outside and then tried to group it together. 1st class were learning about numbers 11 and 12 and ways to make the numbers. It's great to have a number line outside to jump along!
In Science we were measuring our heights and realising that some of us are the same height but we are still different! Did you know that the distance from your elbow to your wrist is your foot size? We tested this out! We also looked at baby clothes to see how much we had grown.
