Road Safety with Louise
Thanks very much to Louise from the Road Safety Authority for an informative talk about how to keep safe on our roads. Here are our top tips:
1. We discussed staying safe on our footpaths, wearing a hi- vis and always walking on the right of there is no footpath.
2. We also learned that the back of the car is the safest place for all children. Always wearing a seat belt is the most important thing!
3. Children aged from 7-16 can only be on a tractor if there is a proper seat and safety belt.
4. We learned how to stay safe on the bus by waiting in a safe place, putting on our seat belt and putting our bag under our seat.
5. A big reminder to all adults to wear your safety belt too and put the phone away while driving. 🚗
6. We are encouraging all the children to use the car park for drop off and collection.
