It’s all go this month!
We had a look at tessellations in Maths this week. A tessellation is a repeating pattern of 2d shapes without any gaps. We practiced drawing some patterns and we made a lovely animal poster too. Check out the cats!
Don’t forget it is Mother’s Day this Sunday! We wrote cards as Gaeilge- Lá na maithreacha sona daoibh! Enjoy the day! 💐
☘️ We had some fantastic practices this week for the band. We are very well prepared for the parade and a huge thank you to Fionnuala for all of her enthusiasm and support. We are really looking forward to St. Patrick’s Day.
🇮🇪 Aon scéal leat??? We will be practicing our Gaeilge next week to celebrate “Seachtain na Gaeilge” and we will have a chance to show off our dance moves with the Dreoilín dance.
Finally thank you to SEAI who came to our school and gave us a great workshop on how to be sustainable every day.
