Jogging January!
We are doing our best to “keep fit” in January by getting out for some quick jogs whenever the weather is in our favour! We are enjoying chatting with our friends and getting our steps in.
We visited the church today as we are learning about our local area in history and also we celebrated Catholic Schools week. It was a nice way to mark this special week. We lit candles for all of our intentions and we said a special prayer for our Holy Communicants for 2026. They will have a busy few months getting prepared for this wonderful time. The other children shoes put their minds at ease be sharing their memories of a happy occasion!
We have started to learn our marching songs for the St. Patrick’s day parade and the children are really doing their best to learn all of the tunes off by heart! Keep up all the practicing- it will be worth it. Well done to the Star musicians of the week!
Show and Tell: We learned some Karate moves from Emilia, Ceara claimed herself as the Ludo champion of her house and Cadhla wowed us with how many Daisy books she has read! It is wonderful to learn about the children’s interests outside of school and share their talents with their classmates.
