The middle room had a busy week - we made the most of all the colourful autumn leaves to make some leaf prints and leaf buddies. We used lovely autumnal colours like red, gold, orange and yellow. We also used crayons to make leaf patterns which the children really enjoyed! Magic leaves!
In between the showers we managed some fun fitness circuits! Burpees are tough but we enjoyed shooting hoops! Keep fit!
Thanks to Fionn and Noah for some great show and tell presentations- Oscars and Jujitsiu! Show and tell is a great way for the children to learn more about each other.
Thanks to Fr Martin, Fr Finan and Deacon Damian for a wonderful start of year school mass. We listened to thoughtful prayers and readings. The motto for this year is to “Be Kind”, a good reminder as we begin the year with all of our new classmates. Well done to the choir for singing so beautifully too.
Finally check out our supersized and miniature vegetables! The onion grew to over a metre! Wow!
